• I found the instructor gave great cues she asked if she could adjust me and I said yes and she did an amazing job of just putting her hands in places that made me move into the post deeper without pain. The class flowed perfectly and I felt amazing afterwards. Unfortunately I don't live in New York so I will not be visiting again unless I make another trip back to New York City and then indeed I will
