• I like that the room is spacious and never over filled. I leave every class with a great workout and the flows are easy to follow, even when challenging. Every instructor has been very kind and offers their own flare to each class.

• Alyssa, the yoga instructor was very friendly and knowledgeable. She always helps improve whenever we're struggling with a pose. I always leave the class feeling so calm and relaxed. Would definitely recommend the class to all my friends and family.
