• Such a wonderful find in the middle of midtown Manhattan. The outdoor yoga class was one of the best classes I have ever taken. The individual attention given is amazing. Michele, the instructor, was patient and took time to ensure that my alignment was correct for each pose so that I could get the most out of the class.

• The teacher was amazing! She was so so helpful & hands on. I really feel like she cares about our well being and energy very much & that's really hard to find here in NY. Now that I've found this place, no matter where i move i will be loyal to this studio because clearly they take pride in who they hire to teach their students
