• The staff is so friendly and complete pros at what they do! I love the massages here. I can't remember her name but the blonde Russian masseur has the best hands, worked out all my knots. The facial by Melissa was so blissful. My face is still glowing 2 days later. She is also so knowledgeable about skincare. I felt like I was in the best hands!

• Such a wonderful find in the middle of midtown Manhattan. The outdoor yoga class was one of the best classes I have ever taken. The individual attention given is amazing. Michele, the instructor, was patient and took time to ensure that my alignment was correct for each pose so that I could get the most out of the class.
