Great class, loved it. Took a few minutes to feel comfortable in the space. Wasn't sure how the check-in process worked - just felt a little awkward walking into a room filled with strangers in a new place. That was the only minor thing that was less than a perfect experience.

Great yoga classes! Challenging plenty for the serious yogis but gentle enough for less strong/agile . Good practice for mindfulness or calming down- good whole body stretching. The studio is the nicest I’ve ever seen from coast to coast, NYC Dallas Denver Venice, CA - I love admiring the studio, especially the ceiling, all during classes!
