YSA is welcoming to everyone. They do a great job and making everyone feel important and a "part." The yoga is challenging but also something I think anyone can do. The teachers encompass a desire to share their knowledge about life, yoga, the body, mind and spirit. Every interaction (not just class but popping in to make a purchase or even emailing a question or commenting on their instagram) is an experience.
