We loved our aerial yoga session. The teacher gave instructions that were easy to follow for the beginners in our group while offering more challenging positions for the experienced people. The studio was cute and comfortable. The equipment was clean and safe. This was a fantastic experience for our girls' day.

The atmosphere of the studio was great and I did like your selection of yoga merchandise and purchased a Manduka yoga mat commuter carrier while I was there, but to me what makes a great class is having a great instructor and you have an amazing one with Stacy Lind. She is very welcoming to all students no matter if they are beginners or seasoned yogis! She gets input from her students at the beginning of the class on areas they might want to focus on that day and works those into the class for that day. More importantly she is quick to suggest modifications for any student in class. This is extremely important to me because I only have one leg but she is always quick to offer me a modification without me even having to ask. It is very considerate and thoughtful and just shows her experience.
