Always a great experience at YogaSalt no matter the instructor. Yesterday was the first time I have been to any sort of work out class since having two brain surgeries 6 months ago and despite my lack of balance and needing a refresher course on the lingo, I did not once feel embarrassed or discouraged by others in the class. What I love about YogaSalt is the reminder that it is a practice. Nobody is perfect & we all start somewhere. Thank you for allowing me to have a safe place to practice connecting with myself without judgement.
