Sesa was extra knowledgeable about Asana vs. the actual practice of yoga. I learned some new things and it was an amazing first class. Will be back this evening 🙌🙏

Friendly staff, the class was amazing just a little fast for me I'm out of shape and couldn't keep up lol. I would just suggest lowering the music a little when giving instruction I couldn't hear it very well but it could because I'm a little deaf LOL and maybe adding a class for beginners it was a little fast and kept getting lost. But I absolutely love it and can't wait to go back. Those were just suggestion not in anyway negatives
