The instructor was really good. The sequence of his poses made the class flow brilliantly. He also noticed when I was struggling and calmly inserted modifications into his lessons for those who needed it. This allowed me to keep participating without everyone else in the room know I was dying 🤣

Yoga Salt is by far the best yoga studio I've ever been to, the instructors are all insanely good. Sadly, I live outside DC and im only down visiting for the weekend.
