I love Sesa's class because she is challenging and in my opinion runs a very interesting and intelligent class. She also most every time surprises us with a new twist. She brings humility to the practice and it's a good reminder to pay attention. She is also a great speaker Anything else... Come and join Sesa's class, you will love it

Nice bright beautiful studio, Tamal is a wonderful teacher and I loved his music selection during the class and how he finished with his own singing. It was a beautiful practice! Kat was also so welcoming and friendly.
