I was visiting from Charlotte and had been recommended Yoga Salt by a good friend. The space is beautiful, open and welcoming. Class was accessible and a perfect balance of challenging and simplistic. Tamal has a soft command of the room that feels nurturing. His voice and singing at the end was so vulnerable and exposed that you couldn't help but feel connected and safe. This is a very special studio, I can tell.
