Naomi was amazing! I've been practicing for about 7 years and side plank - always a challenge- I have a shoulder injury. Her pointers on air under the body had me in pain free side planks through out the practice. Additionally her sequencing was rockstar💪🏼🙏🏼💯. Your studio is amazing: heat+windows and mirrors!
