Yoga room offers great class and have excellent teachers. The location and studios are very nice. The new studio seems to be nicely done. Yoga room makes changes very fast. Feels great after taking yoga at yoga room. It provides great vibes.

The 3:45 pm class on Fridays are a great way to end my week and start my weekend. Lisa is great at pushing the class and making us hold the positions as long as we can.
