Gord was such a GREAT instructor!! Great balance of mind and body in the practice and I really loved his musings between poses on life, the world, etc. One of my favourite instructors I've had in my life.
This was my second time to the studio in 2 days and honestly the vibes are amazing, everyone is super nice and the studio space is beautiful! Both classes the instructors made a point to speak to me as they hadn’t seen me before and made me feel super welcome.
I purchased my passes specifically to attend Monday's class with that instructor.
