Great class. I liked the sequence of postures as well as the narrative throughout the class. Great start to the week.
It wasn't clear as a new customer that I would be charged for a mat. It's hard to know what is the norm in different studios. But the class was great and I'd love to come back
Free parking (I was surprised to see my usual spot 18 sign gone this morning and wondered is the available parking being downsized to make more pay lot?).
Great teachers and great studio spaces. Excellent variety of classes. Clean facilities. Friendly front desk staff (Olivia is a gem).
