Because I came in very stressed having never done that type of yoga before and I left not only relaxed and stretched but the instructor sat around with me for 5 to 10 minutes after the class was over and answered all my questions and explained some things to me.
I will be back for more restorative yoga

I loved it so much, it's hard to put into words. All I know is that I want to come more often and dive deeper into yoga, that’s exactly how I’m feeling as I write this.
