The love and light in their instructors makes the yoga not only a great workout, but a magical moment where you are able to draw inward and move old energy and allow refreshed new energy to come forth in your life.

I found the process of logging on with zoom very easy. The schedule is varied and easy to navigate. I would like to see more of a description of the classes, though. There are some which are not familiar to me. The instructors I've seen so far have been easy to follow. Bre particularly was fun and engaging. The yoga class with Mel included variations that were helpful. I hope you continue virtual classes after the studio opens back up.

Great technical breakdown of the headstand inversion. Nice change from a regular class and gives me something specific to work on. I would love to have a replay option to continue my practice.
