Cassandra led a great yoga class and I really enjoyed the free hit class with Lisa. Good explanations and demonstrations all around.

I love the atmosphere. The way yoga is taught from the real roots and sense of the word, not just a physical practice.
The presenter was professional and relatable. She was knowledgeable but also recognized the limit of her scope. I did feel a bit excluded at the beginning as others were talking and seemed to know each other and I don’t go for classes at passage. Would be nice to have a round table to say why we are there and how we know about passage. :)
