Ang's spin class was excellent! Great energy in the class and looked like everyone enjoyed themselves. She is easy to follow and is entertaining. Lots of laughs. Her music selection was awesome.
The most welcoming and friendly fitness facility I have been to. The staff are great and create a wonderful atmosphere! The variety of classes and instructors ensures there truly is something for everyone. I only have amazing thing to say about Passage!
