I primarily go to YP for Kundalini yoga. Kathleen Ashwill is an excellent teacher!
She teaches w/ warmth, light and love and is true to the teachings.
I took a Yin class on Saturday afternoon March 14th - can't remember teacher's name.
She was a great teacher and she plays the singing bowls amazingly!
I love that YP caters to children-sooo important!
The space is inviting, warm and comforting.
I Love Meghan who had the vision for this wonderful place and manifested it.
