Laura Kenyon Sound Healing Class last night was truly restorative. The poses & music were exactly what I needed. I love the look & feel of the facility. The healthy treats for sale in the lobby from Suz Horst were delicious. I even bought a cozy sweatshirt. Yoga Mandali feels like a safe place to grow and work on yourself. It seems like a nurturing and supportive environment.
