• It was my first time there & my instructor was SO lovely & sweet & welcoming. I haven't done yoga in over 20 yrs & I was a little nervous & intimidated coming in, but she made me feel so calm & welcome that I was able to relax & really enjoy the class. The sound bath at the end was incredible as was her chanting. So healing & relaxing. I just loved her AND the class. I will definitely be joining & coming back regularly! Thank you SO very much for employing such amazing staff, I feel SO blessed to have found a yoga studio again & the added bonus that it's just minutes from my work :)
