• The environment of the studio is amazing. It is so peaceful. Also, the studio is very clean and organize. The staff is very friendly, respectful, and kind.

• Well, I never sweat. Ever. I ran a mile in skinny jeans and 95 degree weather and I was fine but I was SOAKED after the class. It's so relaxing and an amazing work out and I am DEFINITELY coming back. Y'all had me SHOOK!
