• A true experience of the REAL yoga of life. I love the rawness of Michaels classes, not sugar coating what is often “too yogi”. It’s real people with real lives, going through the ebb and flow of what life throws at you and how you respond or don’t respond to it. Besides the beautiful studio, the bonus is the sweat session.
