• I like the energy/ vibe of the studio. I have only taken 2 classes, but there is a sense of comfort here. The only suggestion I could offer is to mic the instructor. I have a hearing defect and it is difficult for me to hear and understand the pose/ direction; which forces me to look around the room which I would rather not do.

• Yoga Lab is unlike anything I have experienced. I especially love MIchael and Jenny. Jenny is supportive, encouraging, and provides guidance. Michael challenges me, won't accept anything less, and fosters community and humanity. The music and messages are great and I feel stretched, taller, less stressed, stronger, and energized when I leave. I can tell I am progressing in so many ways. I share Michael's messages with my husband after his classes. Thank You for being a gift!
