• Amanda Seide made the class so much fun! It was challenging for me as I am a beginner level but i didn't feel pressured to do every pose perfectly, she encouraged me to go at my own pace and find what works for me! Diane at the desk was super friendly and helpful. the studio is clean, beautiful and so peaceful which provides the perfect environment to connect!
