• As a newer yogi some additional instruction or hands on does help with making physical progress and alignment. Essentially getting the most at whatever level one is at. Some instructors provide more than other do. When they do I always have an ah ha moment. Thank you for all the messages shared during the sessions and for challenging me mentally and physically

• I absolutely love Yoga Lab! It's hard to find the right place that meets your needs and style. I can say 100% that Yoga Lab has done this for me. The environment is so comfortable and you immediately feel at ease. I've never once felt judged, only great vibes. The classes are structured great and truly match what they say it will offer!
