The sessions, albeit online, are made as personal as possible. The fact that each member attending is said hello to by name means a lot. The leaders are extremely professional and very engaging. My only comment for improvement would be to ask for more early evening sessions, including Yin & hatha yoga. Thankyou to all the staff .
