I am a regular at yoga kula whether at the studio or during lockdown via video. I really appreciate the care, attention and knowledge of all the teachers and the reception/admin team. I feel very lucky to have the studio on my doorstep too!

I cannot recommend Binny's Chakra Energy Balance Pop Ups enough. I really felt great, also learnt a lot as a teacher and really connected...i'd love these pop ups to continue. So healing, connecting and energising x

I really like both the yoga kula online classes and those down at the studio. I definitely think you should keep some online classes even when face to face classes become available again
