Instructor was great. Couldnt always see exactly what he was doing due to it being on zoom but that didnt matter as he explained everything really clearly. Session really helped to lower stress levels. Very good instructor and class.

Delighted to be back at Kula. Everything was really well thought out and teaching as great as ever. Realise that hybrid classes are the only way to make things work financially right now and also to help as many people take part as possible but I look forward to when the teachers can move around the room a bit more - totally understand why this isn't the case just now and just happy to be back.
