I've been very nervous about going back to a studio to practice. The manager at Sweaty Betty mentioned your studio when we chatted - in terms of the screens between mats etc. I was really impressed with how well organised the studio was - I felt very much at ease straight away (essential to enjoy yoga!). The hot yoga class itself was excellent - really high quality tuition from Tiaa. I will be back for sure.
