I’ve been going to Susi’s vinyasa flow classes for a few years now and they are wonderful. She is an excellent teacher who explains things clearly and articulately. And I also really love the choreography of the flow sequences she puts together, which are based around repetition but with increasing complexity and variations. Because you are doing variations of the same sequence throughout the class, by the end you can do much more than you could at the beginning of the class! I think Susi is always very aware of the different needs of individuals and she is very encouraging when you are working hard on something. Her classes are very rewarding, a lot of fun, and I always have the most amazing night’s sleep after a yoga class. Thank you!
