I rang to find out information on a class and was given helpful, clear information on how to sign up, join and and find the best introductory deal. I went to the shop initially on my first session and was pleasantly greeted and directed on where to go. The teacher for my class was welcoming supportive and took time to get to know me before and after the class. All of this adds to a fantasy experience of a great class
