Well... I wasn't expecting this lol but I like the fact that the only chatter during the class was about the yoga moves and not about feelings etc. The class was very difficult and hot 🥵
I like to be challenged and know that there is a lot of room to improve.
The environment is friendly ... water and herbal tea, towels and positive comments.
