Sam was an awesome instructor. Her class left me feeling very relaxed.
The instructor was amazing, she has a soothing voice and adding the oils to the class made it a very relaxing, soothing class. The studio is very spacious you didn’t feel like you were going to touch someone beside you like most yoga studios the lighting and the music also made the class relaxing. Great clean studio, great instructors and that’s why I give it a10
