I enjoy every session I take at Yoga Fever due to the wonderful teachers, and close-knit feel of the class.
The personal welcome I get when I arrive. The instructors’ awareness as to how the whole class is doing. The friendliness of the members.
Smaller, personable, clean, friendly. Nice variety of practice/flow and heat. Instructors don’t assume I know everything about positions and remind us about little adjustments that feel good, or extend the stretch or protect the knees, etc. I feel cared for and that’s good cause I’m old!! Ha!
