Dean's classes always leave me feeling like I had the most magical experience; it's like a hybrid of a massage, detox, reiki and snuggles. Each flow is different and challenges me to be present, feel by body and be my best self on the mat. I love the vibe of the studio and the instructors, I can't imagine practicing and sharing space anywhere else.! - RLM
Wonderful atmosphere and instructors, I've always felt welcome there. I like it better than all other studios I've tried. However cost might be a barrier to some people.
