Your yoga studio has very good energy, the front desk lady was so sweet, kind & informative. I felt like I found my community where I am welcomed with open arms.

I've done a few yoga classes before, but honestly didn't really understand the goal of each pose. I appreciated that there was a fundamentals class. That showed the pose but also the intention behind it
