Most of us agree that Sig is by far the best yoga teacher ever. I've been practising more than 20 years and appreciate her knowledge, experience, care, and apparent respect for each student. I always come aware rejuvenated, at peace, and quietly joyous. Thank Sig and Iyengar Denver!!!.
Excellent and attentive instruction with focus on individual needs. The environment is peaceful and non-competitive. I feel like the style of practice enhances the mind-body connection, and it feels like their is an appropriate concentration on correct and safe form. I leave feeling physically and mentally better!
