Lisa is an excellent teacher and a very kind person. My mind and body always appreciate yoga!
The instructor, Donita, is excellent. There is a sense of camaraderie amongst the students. This was my first yoga class in many, many years. I have decided to continue with the class whenever possible.
I love Craig and his back class. He is simply amazing! Every week is different and valuable. It is unique in Denver. No one else teaches a class lie Craig.
