No question my favorite style of yoga. The most knowledgeable instructors without exception. I am particularly impressed with the thought and effort that has been devoted to making the practice safe and accessible during the pandemic.

The teachers! Also, you are doing a good job of running the zoom classes, on-time, muting, etc. Also, I prefer the 1 hour classes on zoom. I am concerned about coming back into the studio because of indoor air quality issues in light of Covid-19 - will any improvements be made such as increased ventilation, air filters, etc.?
