Gary did an excellent job giving both the students in the studio and those online the attention they needed, which is very challenging while also managing the flow of the class! Having Jean demonstrate the poses was really helpful. Gary spoke clearly, the pace was good, he provided alternative pose suggestions to students who needed them, and we were all blessed with a good Zoom connection. Thank you Gary & Jean
