I have studied yoga at the Yoga Center for over9 years and feel that it has helped me in many aspects of my spiritual, emotional, and physical well being. Every instructor whose class I have attended has been able to show me their interpretation of Iyengar yoga which has benefitted me greatly.
The Yoga Center of Denver has gone above and beyond to meet the needs of every level of yoga student. There are excellent teachers who help us as we navigate these uncertain times. Joe, Carly, Craig, and Lisa remain calm and friendly as they admit students via zoom.
I, obviously, am so grateful for yoga, these teachers, and this yoga studio!!!
