Great yoga center. Super well trained, certified instructors, and very alignment oriented in the Iyengar tradition.
My husband just restarted Yoga after a year of illness . Brad has been welcoming and offers several modifications.
Classes friendly snd overall teaching is excellent .
Donita is so experienced, caring, in tune with all of us, even on Zoom!!
I felt rested and so happy during class. Cant wait to practice again soon!
