Angie did an amazing job teaching studio students and live stream students all at various levels. At one point she had us all in three different modifications for shoulder stand and rocked it!!

I have been happy with every senior teacher class I have taken here. I appreciate that the link is available plenty early so there is no nervous last minute scramble to get on line. I appreciate the reminders regarding reservations as it helps me know we are on the same page.
