Best yoga in town and my roots are iyengar. Started on 1987 in Falmouth, Ma with Iyengar. Feel like I just came home to a real solid yoga classes after a long hiatus of trying a variety of modern yogas. I use to to teach myself and went they Iyengar training right before getting systemic peritonitis making me quick my training. Years ago. I have a deep respect for Iyengar teAchers. Thank you.
