Instructor explained poses well and adjusted to all levels. Pace was very good.

The teachers are experienced, knowledgeable, and able to convey instructions in an understandable way.
I like the over-all variety in the instruction, changing some each week, but following general standard yoga practices. The instructor gives instructions for a wide variety of difficulties so that old folks such as I can participate in everything, but sometimes at a reduced level of challenge. Instructor is warm and friendly and very knowledgeable about Yoga.
The dedication of the teachers and attention to each student's ability.
