Loved the experience, so challenging and instructor was great at adjusting and making it more of a personal experience, using my name and helping me thru the poses
Doing so great with virtual classes. Because of them I have had the opportunity take classes 4-5 times per week and it has really helped my practice and my life. I live too far away to be able to keep this up in studio. Very grateful!!
