Fabulous teachers. I love both the in person and online classes.
The zoom classes over the last year during the pandemic has provided me with a connection to my yoga teachers and fellow students. In spite of occasional technical problems, Yoga Center fixed the problems with good humor and efficiency.
Knowledgable teachers who take care of individual needs and explain what the postures do for your well being. Sense of light humor, too!
